Who we are
Pet Transport Verify is an independent directory operated outside of USDA. We display USDA APHIS public-record data alongside customer reviews and owner-verified profiles. We are not a transport broker; we do not arrange or guarantee any specific company's services.
Reviews
- You may only submit a review if you've had a direct experience with the company.
- Reviews must be your honest opinion, free of slurs, threats, or personal attacks.
- We may remove reviews that violate these rules or that we determine to be fraudulent.
Business owner accounts
- Only an authorized representative of a company may claim that company's listing.
- You agree not to post fake reviews of your own or competitors' businesses.
- We may revoke a claim, suspend an account, or remove a listing at any time for abuse.
USDA data accuracy
USDA APHIS information shown here is sourced from public records and may lag the official database. Always confirm critical status directly with APHIS before making a booking decision.
No warranty
The directory is provided "as is." We don't warrant that any listed company will perform as described, and we are not liable for losses, damages, or injuries resulting from services arranged with third-party transporters.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on the homepage or by email to account holders.
